Description

Blanc Fume is a lees aged Sauvignon Blanc grown on ideal limestone and gravel soils unique to the Robertson region. It is matured for two months on the lees to give an aromatic yet robust, fruity and complex wine. It is a classic aromatic Sauvignon with notes of asparagus and greengage and lime on the finish.
