It is the company’s top wine, produced with purified Sangiovese grapes since 1978, cultivated with extreme care and attention. After a very long of grape fermentation on the skins, the wine matures for not less than three years in wood (a first pass in tonneaux 5 hl, then in Slavonian oak barrels of 30hl) and is bottled without being filtered or clarified;.The wine is visually clear, with ruby colour tending to intense garnet. It has persistent, characteristic and elegant scent with red and light vanilla scents. The taste has good texture and tannicity, it is elegant and harmonious with long aromatic persistence. Properly maintained it has great potential for longevity.
